Darren was always accessible over the phone and moved appointments and other committments around when we needed him urgently. He was always willing to explain anything that we were uncertain about and follow things up on our behalf whenever possible. Darren saved us significant amounts of money by helping us with advice on upgrades and then of course with the ‘turn key’ package he arranged for us which included everything from concrete to a letterbox! It was all cost effective and did not go far over budget, the things that did go over were unavoidable and thoroughly explained to us by Darren. When there was going to be additional costs Darren always gave us at least 2 options to chose from in order to pick the best way forwards for our situation and budget.
